If you are having computer issues and are capable of accessing the internet we can still help! We have a remote software that will allow us to access your PC temporarily and try to support you with your issues.
All you need to do is click the help icon above, another window will open and ask if you would like to run or save the program, if you are using firefox or chrome you can only save it if you are on edge or internet explorer you can choose run. Once the program is downloaded open it and it will give you a 9 digit code. Then you will either need to reach us via Facebook or phone and give us the 9 digit code
