CELEBRATING 22 Years of Sales and Service!

Computer Improvements is your locally owned and operated computer store that can do it all for you from building new computers to repairing the annoying viruses, whether you are a home user or a business. It is owned and operated by Mark LeBlanc of Skowhegan.

Computer Improvements was started in 1996 by Mark and his father Martin after Martin was involved in a carpentry accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. After getting out of the hospital it was time for Marty to start something new, he was a business man and needed something to keep him occupied so he and Mark bought Computer Improvements from Peter Smith.

Mark and Martin began building and selling new computers and used computers and repairing computers for the Skowhegan area. The two had found their new niche and began growing the company when they hired a few people for helping including their secretary, Amanda White. The company hit a setback in 2000 when Martin passed away. Mark then took over the store and has been running it ever since with the help of Amanda as secretary. The family business has been growing ever since.

They have been you local computer store for 19 years and have been voted the Best of the Best by Market Surveys of America in the greater Skowhegan area for 16 years running. In 2006 they were also voted Business of the Year by their peer business owners from the Skowhegan Chamber of Commerce.

Computer Improvements handles everything from building custom new computers to selling used computers, parts for your computers, and installing networking and servers in businesses. They also handle removing the nasty viruses and spyware from you computers to upgrading them to make your systems faster. Now with some extra help they have technicians that will come right to your home or business to get things going for you.
