If you are having computer issues and cannot make it in to us we can still help! We have a software that will allow us to remotely access your PC and support you with your issues. You will need to have an working internet connection.

All you need to do is click the help icon above, another window will open and automatically download the software, you may have to look in the upper right hand corner and see the SplashtopSOS.exe and click on it to run.
